ACCIONES DE ANIMACIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL EN EL CONSEJO POPULAR “EL RELAVE” EN EL MUNICIPIO DE BUEY ARRIBA, GRANMA (Original)

The objective of the article is to explain how, through the application of a system of Sociocultural Animation (SCA) actions, it is possible to encouragetraditional popular culture, cultural and national identity and recreation for the good use of free time, which is reversed in a better qualityof lifefor the residents of the Popular Council "El Relave" in the municipality of Buey Arriba. It was determined as a problem the insufficient cultural artistic action for the formation of new talents of the council in the different artistic manifestations, and the lack of resources to promote their development. As a result of its implementation, it is expected to contribute to the development of diverse cultural offerings by the community,so that they satisfy their needs. Therefore, cultural artistic training is provided in dance, music, theater and plastic arts; as well as recreational activities such as the afternoon of the danzón, street theater, painting my community and space of the trova. In general, the cultural life of this Council will be enhanced with cultural actions taking into account the different age groups. It encourages the residents of the Council to transform their points of view and find new perspectives and spaces for healthy recreation, as well as greater access to the socio-cultural life of the Council to favor systematicallyits necessary improvement in all levels of society. It was carried out in anupward population to 650 inhabitants of the mentioned popular council.El artículo tiene como objetivo explicar cómo a través de la aplicación de un sistema de acciones de Animación Sociocultural (ASC) se logra fomentar la cultura popular tradicional, la identidad cultural y nacional; la recreación y esparcimiento para la buena utilización del tiempo libre y el ocio, a través de acciones de animación sociocultural, que se revierta en una mejor calidad de vida de los pobladores del Consejo popular “El Relave” del municipio Buey Arriba. Se determinó como problema el insuficiente accionar artístico cultural para la formación de nuevos talentos propios del Consejo en las diferentes manifestaciones artísticas, y el déficit de recursos para promover su desarrollo. Como resultado de su implementación se espera contribuir a que la comunidad desarrolle  diversidad de ofertas culturales que satisfagan sus necesidades. Se brinda la capacitación artístico cultural en las manifestaciones de danza, música, teatro y artes plásticas; así como actividades recreativas tales como: la tarde del danzón, teatro callejero, pintando mi comunidad, espacio de la trova. De forma general se potencia la vida cultural de este Consejo con   acciones culturales teniendo en cuenta los diferentes grupos etáreos.   Propicia que sus residentes  transformen su mirada y encuentren nuevas perspectivas y espacios de recreación y sano esparcimiento, así como un mayor acceso a la vida sociocultural del Consejo para favorecer sistemáticamente a su necesaria mejoría en todos los órdenes de la sociedad.
